About the role
The Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst I assists in the operation and administration of clinical information systems, collaborating with clinical and technical associates to enhance workflow methodology and tools. The role supports acute and non-acute clinical applications for a large, multi-regional healthcare system following ITIL processes.
Schedule: 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
What you'll do
- Develop, test, implement and maintain assigned clinical applications and business processes
- Provide ongoing end user support for upgrades, new releases and enhanced functionality
- Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and escalate complex issues as appropriate
- Communicate system changes, workflow changes and downtime procedures to clinical end users
- Complete basic gap analysis and provide recommendations in assigned application
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of clinical information systems experience preferred
- Epic certification preferred (may be required within 90 days of hire)
- Valid driver's license
