NAHSE Expands Member Benefits Through The Leverage Network Partnership

NAHSE members can now access select executive development experiences through The Leverage Network with an exclusive 20% discount on select programs and events.

The Leverage Network is a professional leadership organization built around a three-part framework, Prepare. Position. Promote., designed to support executive readiness, visibility and advancement. The partnership gives NAHSE members discounted access to leadership experiences tailored to different stages of professional growth.

Programs included

  • Executive Women of Color (EWOC) Summit: A multi-day summit that convenes more than 200 women leaders for strategic conversations, executive development, mentorship and relationship-building across healthcare, business, finance, technology and beyond.
  • Mid-Career Odyssey: Designed for professionals navigating pivotal career transitions and preparing for expanded influence.
  • Beyond Boundaries: An executive development experience for professionals preparing for senior enterprise and C-suite roles, combining immersive learning, executive coaching, applied exercises and direct engagement with current executives.
  • Healthcare Board Initiative and more: Programs focused on board readiness, governance, executive networking and healthcare innovation.

Development beyond the classroom

What distinguishes these experiences, according to NAHSE, is practical application. Participants engage directly with executives, build relationships and strengthen competencies through coaching, peer learning and continued engagement after the initial program. Leadership today demands adaptability, influence, resilience, strategic thinking and the ability to lead across difference and uncertainty.

“Leadership is an investment. NAHSE is helping members make one in themselves.”
