About the role
The Financial Counselor collects accurate demographic, financial and basic medical information from patients or their designee in a timely and professional manner in order to arrange possible solutions for reimbursement for services at Methodist Southwest Medical Center.
Hours: 40 per week, 5 days.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Look for ways to improve the patient experience
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 2 years of experience required; 1 year admitting experience preferred
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute
