About the role
Vituity Practice Management is seeking a Multimedia Editor and Production Coordinator to edit, produce and support the Less Than One Percent podcast and related executive thought-leadership content, including onsite recordings in the Dallas office and travel with the CEO to conferences and events.
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is required.
What you'll do
- Edit podcast audio and video for clarity, quality, flow and professionalism
- Add intros, outros, music, transitions and branded production elements
- Set up and support in-person recording sessions in the Dallas office
- Create short-form clips and social media-ready content from episodes
- Travel with the CEO and podcast team to capture photo and video at conferences and events
- Maintain organized files, naming conventions and version control
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years editing podcast audio and/or video required
- Familiarity with tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Audition, Descript or Riverside
- Willingness to travel domestically, sometimes on short notice
- Valid driver's license preferred
