About the role
Vituity is seeking a Fundraising and External Relations Director for the Vituity Cares Foundation to secure new and repeat funding from corporate, foundation and high-net-worth donors, oversee fundraising technology and campaigns, and represent the foundation externally.
Remote, nationwide. Eligible for the annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program.
What you'll do
- Leverage corporate, foundation and HNWI relationships to secure new and repeat funding
- Personally solicit, negotiate and close major gifts and sponsorships ($50K to $1M+)
- Develop and maintain active donor pipelines from introduction through close
- Oversee selection and implementation of donor CRM and digital donation platforms
- Design and execute digital fundraising campaigns and analyze performance metrics
- Translate clinical outcomes and impact data into compelling donor-facing narratives
What you bring
- Master's degree plus 10 years in non-profit or healthcare management leadership preferred
- Advanced major gift solicitation and closing techniques
- Ability to independently manage full fundraising cycles
- CRM and donor platform literacy (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Classy, Givebutter)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities
