About the role
Vituity is seeking a Program Manager, Learning and Development to transform business needs into learning solutions for professional development, leadership development and onboarding, aligned with the strategic needs and goals of the organization.
Remote, nationwide. Eligible for the annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver learning programs using facilitator-led, self-paced and online modalities
- Manage program timelines and budget and allocate work among the program team
- Build relationships with stakeholders, executive sponsors and subject matter experts
- Design and administer program surveys to measure training success and ROI
- Facilitate team building, professional development workshops and 360 feedback for leaders
- Manage development of online courses and curriculum
What you bring
- 5 years of program or project management experience required
- Bachelor's degree in organizational design, business, behavioral science, HR or equivalent
- 3 years of learning or talent management experience preferred
- LMS and content authoring tool experience (Captivate) for online content
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
