About the role
The Learning Content Designer collaborates with leaders and staff to develop and implement high-quality training content that optimizes the expertise, capability and performance of individuals, work groups and the organization, including e-learning and instructor-led and virtual delivery.
Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
What you'll do
- Perform scoping and needs analysis for moderate to complex instructional design projects
- Design and develop instructor-led, e-learning and virtual training
- Coach, mentor and review teammates' work to ensure learning content integrity
- Estimate resource time and effort and manage project plans
- Design measurement techniques that show the impact of learning solutions on business results
- Facilitate delivery of learning interventions as needed
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult learning, HR development, I/O psychology, business or equivalent
- 3+ years of instructional design experience
- Working knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate or Vyond
- 2+ years of training delivery/facilitation experience preferred
- Instructional design or e-learning certification (e.g., ATD) preferred
