About the role
The Program Manager, Student Programs is responsible for managing students and programs who participate in corporate, community, and academic programs at Children's Health. The role collaborates with leadership and external partners to determine the appropriate quantity of students and to establish priorities for identifying and accepting diverse students for workforce pipeline programs.
Department: Clinical Learning and Development. Shift: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Job type: Remote, with occasional onsite attendance required.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with external partners on criteria for student partnerships that align with human resources and clinical operations
- Manage programs and develop objectives, content and logistics
- Report and analyze programmatic outcomes and impacts and make recommendations
- Align programs with organization goals and diversity, equity and inclusion priorities
- Serve as a contact for corporate, community and academic partnerships and manage cohort and program components
- Manage operational functions related to student programs, including contract requests and pre-arrival compliance
What you bring
- At least 5 years of job category specific experience required
- Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Graduate or professional work or advanced degree preferred
