About the role
Vituity is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to provide technical direction within the accounting department, oversee AP and AR, and ensure all accounting is done in accordance with GAAP, including entity financial statements and the annual audit.
Remote, nationwide. Eligible for the annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program.
What you'll do
- Create development plans for staff and mentor staff accountants
- Oversee the daily operation and function of the AP and AR team
- Generate GAAP basis entity financial statements and site income statements and balance sheets
- Establish and monitor internal controls and coordinate the annual audit
- Ensure the monthly close is completed timely and transactions are accurately recorded
- Support NetSuite bank reconciliation and EPBCS implementation
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- 8+ years of accounting experience
- 5+ years of progressive management experience
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial statements
- Experience with NetSuite, ADP, Coupa and Concur preferred
