Felixia Colón, MBA, FACHE has a proven record leading multi-state clinical portfolios, improving financial and operational performance, expanding access to care, and translating complex community and health-system needs into scalable care-delivery solutions. Trusted partner to CXOs, SVPs, VPs, physicians, and cross-functional leaders including Directors and Managers, with experience in healthcare payment reform, value-oriented care models, executive stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, and performance improvement. National healthcare leader and speaker with extensive governance and professional service focused on leadership, inclusion, health equity, and community impact.

Felixia is a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning clinical operations, physician services, business development, and strategic growth. A Jacksonville, Florida native, she currently serves as Senior Vice President of Market Development at SCP Health, where she focuses on strategic partnerships and growth across health systems and hospital markets nationwide.

Throughout her career, Felixia has led complex healthcare operations across emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, virtual care, post-acute services, and multispecialty physician practices. Her experience includes operational and financial performance, contracting, business development, provider recruitment, healthcare payment reform, and the development and expansion of clinical programs across diverse markets.

Prior to SCP Health, Felixia served as Senior Vice President for one of Texas’ largest independent physician practices, overseeing operations, contracting, business development, marketing, recruiting, and value-based payment initiatives.

Felixia holds an MBA with a concentration in Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Health Administration from the University of North Florida.

Ms. Colón is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves as ACHE Regent-at-Large for District IV. She remains actively engaged in healthcare leadership organizations and initiatives focused on developing leaders, strengthening professional communities, and advancing the healthcare industry.
