About Fitzroy

Fitzroy Hamilton, MD (Hons), MBA (Dist) serves as Mentorship Chair for the NAHSE Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter. He brings 18+ years of experience advancing patient care, healthcare operations, and quality improvement initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and hospital systems.

Throughout his career, Dr Hamilton has provided direct patient care in several countries while supporting communities by leading initiatives that improve healthcare quality, efficiency, and outcomes.

As Mentorship Chair, Dr Hamilton has improved the program completion rates, launched the Mentee Ambassador Program, increased program visibility, and incorporated the NAHSE DFW chapter’s strategic initiatives to improve the quality of the mentorship experience.

Dr Hamilton is proud to support early, mid, and late-careerists in the Dallas-Fort Worth region and continues to serve the community through volunteering.

Dr Hamilton supports justice-involved juveniles at several Dallas County Juvenile Detention Facilities through health and leadership education.

As Mentorship Chair, Dr. Hamilton spearheads mentorship initiatives and succession planning for the NAHSE DFW Chapter. He connects mentors and mentees while leveraging strategic community partnerships to expand program reach and empower emerging leaders.
