About Kevin A.

Kevin A. Hall brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare operations, public health, and strategic project management. His work has focused on improving service access, strengthening community partnerships, and helping leaders translate priorities into practical action. He approaches leadership with a commitment to clear communication, accountability, and the people being served.

Kevin serves as Chair of Operations & Technology for NAHSE DFW, building on his prior service as Treasurer and Strategy Chair. His career spans public health, behavioral health, health plans, hospital systems, and nonprofit organizations, with roles at the City of Dallas, Metrocare Services, DFW Hospital Council Foundation, CHRISTUS Health Plans, CHRISTUS Health, and Children’s Health. His work has connected strategic planning and program operations with executive and board support, process improvement, and community engagement.

Through the City of Dallas WIC Community Innovation and Outreach Project, Kevin helped increase program participation by 400% in targeted communities through outreach, partnerships, and digital engagement. At Metrocare Services, he directed a countywide needs assessment that informed behavioral health service planning and led the end-to-end redesign and restructuring of the corporate SharePoint to improve efficiency and engagement. His experience also includes grant-supported workforce initiatives, organizational performance improvement, and facilities planning.

Kevin is a retired U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force veteran and non-commissioned officer. During his tenure, he managed training and career development for personnel, with additional responsibilities in law enforcement, security operations, and special investigations. His military service provided a foundation in personnel development, operational coordination, and accountability that carries into his civilian work.

Kevin’s commitment to NAHSE DFW reflects his belief that healthcare professionals benefit from access to mentorship, meaningful professional relationships, and opportunities to lead. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force. He is a Master of Public Health Candidate at Capella University.
