Sarah is passionate about making healthcare work better by bringing people, data, and ideas together to solve problems, create clarity, and help both organizations and people grow.
Sarah Sentmore, MHA is a healthcare professional with 11 years of experience across healthcare operations, clinical practice management, analytics, finance, and program management. She currently serves as Manager, Medical Group Operations and Analytics at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she works across physician leadership, departments, and health system partners to navigate complex operational challenges and support organizational priorities. Her work spans performance improvement, workforce planning, access, financial sustainability, and operational growth.
Outside of her day-to-day work, Sarah is committed to strengthening the healthcare profession and supporting the next generation of healthcare leaders. She serves as Board Secretary for NAHSE DFW and previously chaired the organization’s Mentorship Committee. She also serves as the 2026 Chair of the Communications Committee for ACHE of North Texas. Through these roles, she enjoys creating connections, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the professional community that has played an important role in her own career.
Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with people and building meaningful connections. She serves through her church and enjoys traveling, experiencing new places and cultures, and learning from the people and experiences she encounters along the way.
