Timothy has built his career at the intersection of healthcare strategy, operations, and transformation. Across Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and value-based care, he has led through periods of growth, scale, and change – building new capabilities, strengthening established operations, and taking on complex challenges with a clear focus on affordability, access, improving the experience, and outcomes for the members, patients, and communities healthcare is meant to serve.

His career has taken him across national and regional healthcare organizations, including Parkland Health, P3 Health Partners, Children’s Health, and UnitedHealthcare. He has helped build health plans from the ground up, led population health across a multi-state Medicare Advantage platform, and guided organizations through periods of significant transformation. Today, he serves as Head of Program Integrity at Parkland Health.

Beyond his executive work, Timothy extends his leadership across the healthcare community. He serves as President Elect of NAHSE DFW, on the Board of Directors of ACHE of North Texas, and on the Editorial Board of Healthcare Executive magazine.

Across roles and organizations, Timothy has remained grounded in a simple standard: understand the business, develop exceptional people, and leave the organization stronger than he found it.
