About Victoria
Victoria Williamson, MBA is a healthcare leader passionate about advancing quality, improving patient outcomes, developing future leaders, and creating meaningful impact across healthcare and the Dallas-Fort Worth community.
Victoria holds a passion for improving healthcare through strategic thinking, performance improvement, and collaborative leadership. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, she has built a career at the intersection of clinical quality, operations, analytics, and service line strategy.
Victoria currently serves as a Manager of Service Line Clinical Outcomes with Texas Health Resources, where she leads strategic performance initiatives supporting multiple service lines. Her work focuses on translating complex clinical and operational data into actionable strategies that improve quality, patient outcomes, organizational performance, and community impact. She has contributed to initiatives involving quality performance, service line growth, process improvement, and national recognition.
A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Victoria brings a continuous-improvement mindset to her work and is passionate about connecting strategy to meaningful execution. She is particularly interested in the evolving intersection of healthcare operations, financial performance, quality, and equitable access to care. Her leadership philosophy centers on accountability, collaboration, and creating sustainable solutions that benefit both patients and healthcare organizations.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Victoria is committed to mentorship, professional development, and cultivating the next generation of healthcare leaders. Through her involvement with the National Association of Health Services Executives, she is proud to contribute to a network dedicated to advancing healthcare leadership, promoting health equity, and creating opportunities for professionals across the industry.
She is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and remains passionate about using leadership, innovation, and strategic insight to help shape the future of healthcare.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys traveling, spending quality time with the people she loves, and making memories that last. She is grateful for the journey she is on and believes life is about staying grounded, continuing to grow, and being intentional about the impact she has on others.
