About Kris
Healthcare is constantly evolving, requiring organizations to balance patient care, clinical excellence, financial performance, and innovation. I help healthcare organizations navigate that complexity by aligning strategy, capital investments, physician engagement, and operational execution to expand access to care, enhance the patient experience, adopt emerging technologies, and achieve sustainable growth. My work brings together executive leadership, clinical teams, and community stakeholders to advance organizational priorities while delivering measurable results.
